    Love this workout! Just need to get better at HSPUs. Everything unbroken minus resting at the bottom of the HSPUs.

    Biggest game changer was widening hands on HSPUs and going strict. Unbroken on everything resting the most before the MUs. Using wood rings instead of my steel ones helped too. Just got gassed.

    Tackling weaknesses. Found it hard to link MU on the steel rings. Mostly did singles. HSPU were my failing point. Pretty happy to finally do this Rx'D :D

    Subbed in 4 pull-ups + 4 push-ups for muscle ups then 8 45# push press for handstand push-ups. First time doing 2 pood kettlebell swings in a WOD! Felt good! Everything unbroken, just took long rests. I was afraid of dropping the weights on the concrete outside. Practice a lot for the muscle ups before hand but just couldn't get them. Arms were sore going in from extra work yesterday.

    MOD. Didn't feel too good right before this and my shoulders seem a little out of it (a lot of movement in there while stretching).
