145# deadlifts unbroken all 3 rounds. C2B pull-ups in 3's the whole way through; probably could have gone a little faster going to quick singles with shorter/no rest, but want to build up to bigger sets. Pushed myself to stick to 3's. DU's were a mess today, took me forever.
