    Did this with a 25# plate immediately after runs, bench, and back squats. Legs were toast by this time and weren't having anymore.

    Today's Finisher at home. Actual time was 5:35 done with a 15# plate on my back. Chiropractor appointment this afternoon and maybe a WOD at Crossfit Kinnick early this evening. Trying to get back into this.

    This was the 6:00 am - 7:00 am WOD of the St Jude WOD-A-THON. Probably could do better under different circumstances like not having been up for 24 hours and WODing since 8:00 pm.
