3 rounds + 5 Burpee Box Jumps + 4 Push Up (Rings)s | Not Rx'd
Was hoping to get to 4 rounds, but I think I slowed myself down by going with a 15# weight for the overhead walking lunges. My arms felt like they were giving out. Also, definitely surprised myself w/the Burpee Box Jumps. I def need to push myself to try the next level for box jumps.
