Wasn’t happy with how high my hr was last time so decided to repeat it. Stuck exactly to my plan. Rowed between 700-800 really rested and recovered. Try to stay upright to not tighten back. Held wall balls at 10-9. Hr was way better. Avg 169 with high at 179. And I went all out last row so that makes sense. Wasn’t fasted today so not sure if that played into it too. Oh well happy to pr
