Forgot to start watch. Started after first set of wb’s. Went unbroken first set so that stinks. 2nd went all 10’s. 3rd did 15-10-8-7. Those felt great. Abs were sore from ghd on Wed but wasn’t an issue for abmat. Burpees suck
