Nobody showed at 8am so Jeremy and I did it. No warm up just hopped to it. A lovely 45 degrees. Unbroken sdl, all double overhand. pu’s 12-8, 12-5-3, 12-4-4. Struggle bus. Couldn’t handle the abmat. First one completely flat. Traded for a new one that had me losing my breath it was so firm. Lol what a complainer.
