I have nothing good to say about this. Yesterday’s eating didn’t help. Only had carbs for lunch. Not enough late enough. Was going to stop after 3 rounds. Finished that at 30:23. Decided to just finish and not worry about the time. Kb went 15-15, 10-8-7-5, 10-8-7-5, 10-10-10, 10-8-7-5. Pu’s were a mess. Tried to keep bigger sets. Last round had the awful near rip that was killing.
