That really hurt. Hands are still super tender from death by pull ups. C2b just burned. Left hand killed on everything else. Really tried to keep db balanced on walk but was debating quitting. 4th round Jeremy told me to try to keep it balanced on cleans too which probably would’ve helped but it was too late.
