1st lifting day in I canโt remember how long. Honestly thought I was done at 95#. Caught it beautifully twice and had it stable overhead, just couldnโt stand up. Felt weak (2nd day back after 3+ weeks off)... Focus: technique, small jumps. No thigh bump today ๐ No belt... 55, 65, then by 5โs until 90, then 2.5 lb jumps. Tried 107.5 (prev PR) twice.
