Wasn’t sure how hspu’s would feel. They felt ok. Du’s 75,50-25,50-25. Started cleans with 3 full squat cleans before realizing it was hang. 5’s from there. Hspu’s were 5’s to start then 3’s. Fell off the wall once or twice but not bad. Central Crossfit Wellington
