My nemesis: OHS.... Went into this half not caring how long it took, just wanted to do it RX'd. Wrist pain always gets me. Last did this 1.5 years ago with 45# then switched to push press at 15's. Today was a 1:31 PR, RX'd. Did OHS in 10/6/5, 5/5/5, 5/4.
