😩 That hurt so good. First metcon since 18.5 (10 days ago, ugh). Hardest part was breathing. Sinuses still congested and coughing, but felt good to move 😁 80# power snatches 5/4, 5/2/2, 5/2/2, 3/2/2/2, 3/2/2/2. Ring push-ups 9, then 5/4 remainder. DU’s unbroken all 5 rounds 🤗 Shocked with that since the breathing is what always gets me. Took a few extra seconds to collect myself before each set and focused on breathing through them and staying relaxed... Solo in garage
