Then I did it right πŸ˜œπŸ˜…πŸ’¦ Solo at the PD... 85# snatches in β€œfast” (for me) singles... no belt, no wraps, no failed reps πŸ‹πŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ’ͺ🏼 Wrists started to hurt, lots of typing today πŸ˜• T2B are super slow... Finished 21 T2B at 1:35, 21 snatches at 7:45, 15 T2B at 9:22, 15 snatches at 15:52, 9 T2B at 16:51, 9 snatches at 20:56

Now I know why I took sooo much longer than everyone else! I saw just β€œsnatch” for Advanced, so I squat snatched them all πŸ˜²πŸ˜‘ ... way slower for me than power snatch
