Sub’d 15 sumo deadlifts (no high pull) at 95#. RT shoulder wasn’t feeling good on the high pull, and knew the combo with ring push-ups would be too much. Sumo DL fast/unbroken. Ring push-ups with rings directly under the bar for 3 rounds (10, 10, 5/3/2) then stepped forward a bit for last 2 rounds (4/3/3, 4/2’s)
