Took it easy to not aggravate my neck anymore. Deads were easy. Unbroken through the 20 then broke 25 into 15/6/4 or something like that. 315 was pulling on my neck. Got through the box steps for the 25s at 5:55. Had 2 mins on 315 went 10 then smaller sets. Surprised myself. Lungs were fine. Step up step down. Smooth as a newborns toosh. Solo at 1pm.
