10-lb. PR 💪🏼⚡️ Solo at PD during lunch break, ran out of time 😑 Read my notes from last time (May) and tried to be more aggressive with my weight jumps. Went to 5-lb jumps at 255 last time; made 10-lb jumps today starting at 250... no belt until 250... previous max of 280 felt great, as did 290. Felt a little apprehensive about jumping to 300 but tried it anyway and failed... no more time after that ** 5x125, 3x155, 2x175, 205, 225, 240, 250, 260, 270, 280, 290
