Mixed a little what was on the program. Subbed SDHP for the dB snatch (need to practice the overhead transition) and did 30 air squats instead of 20 pistols. My back is super fucked, not sure why. Tomorrow have the TJ Rodeo competition and a bit concerned about my back. First serious competition ever.
