No PR by 6 seconds. I ate just before this so I felt sluggish. I also didn't warm up as I had to get back to work. Not happy with how many snatches were off balance standing up from the squat.

  • Massive PR!! I did heavy back and front squats before Amanda so this is huge that I was able to do so well after lifting heavy. The squat snatches felt very light today. I also only got about 5 hours of sleep the night before so i'd love to try this again fresh....but very happy. Muscle ups: 9, 4-2-1, 3-2. Snatches: singles
