Talk about terrible! I felt like I had nothing in me and I was going to die! I kept hoping that Nick would look over at me and have mercy and let me quit...instead he would just yell for me to keep going haha glad I stayed with it though, I got a two minute lifetime PR and this was 7 minutes faster than the last time I did it in September. I still have a lot to work on. Pull ups felt good until about round 3, got a blood blister on round 5 and just tried to finish...much love to Jackie, Moose and Josh for helping me stay in it until the end! Runs were slow but on the positive side, my runs on rounds 4 and 5 were faster than my run on round 3. My runs were 4:29, 5:33, 5:56, 5:46, 5:20...kb were 20/10 the whole way except for one round where I went 18/12...last time I did this my back tightened up really badly but that didn't happen this time...my form felt really good on the swings today...glad I made it in today
