This workout was all mind games. Wanted to quit after about 40 thrusters. Yama came up with the workout, Yusuke and me did it. It's the hardest met-con I've done for a while. It's so important to get a lot of reps in early otherwise you're losing strength from the burpees as the rounds go by.
