No PR so I'm upset about that...my lower back tightened up on me during the first round of kb swings and that just destroyed me for the runs and swings but I won't focus on the negative...first run was good! Finished at 4:08, which is faster than my last 800m that I did in a wod....so that's getting better...pull ups were way better than last time...last time I was doing sets of 5 then dropped to 3's and 2's...this time I did much bigger sets first round was 7/7/7/7/2 then 10/7/6/7, then 10/10/3/7....I don't remember my 4th round but at the end of the 4th round I got blood blisters on both hands so the last round was just pure torture...holding the kb hurt and doing pull ups just felt bad started out with 6 then 4 then 3's and 2's ...only did one single the whole wod so I'm very happy with that....I know improvement has been made...just bummed my lower back got in my way....but I survived!
