Rowed instead of ran. I would've preferred to run much more but cant at the espn gym. Also, the pull up bars are terrible..so slippery. Either way, was sucking wind right from the get go on this one. Fun stuff. 5-4 on T2B starting on the 5th round(damn pull up bars).
