5:42 Jackie! Pretty freaking pumped up about this!! 13 second PR since Dec 17th. WHAT!?!?!? Blows my mind that after almost 5 years of Crossfit I am still smashing old numbers and getting better. Last row was 3:38 this time it was 3:28 and I was holding back a bit. I think I have sub 5:30 next time. Got off the thrusters at 5:06. Shout out to my coach BMACK @iamunscared
