Disappointed to see burpees twice in the open but serves me right for sucking. Pr'd but still horrible. Didn't get fran cough this time. 8-7-6, 7-6-5, 5-4-3, 5-4, 3-3, 3. Barely moved on burpees and rested way too much. wore lifters and wraps. think lifters were a bad idea. feet fell asleep from landing too hard on burpees.
