Notes

Modified comp train WOD...prescribed was strict hspu for the 30 reps, 7" deficit kipping for the 20 reps, and 7" strict deficit for the 10 reps. Shoulders were a bit toasted from yesterday though and I could tell I wouldn't get as much out of that so changed it up. HSPU felt good though, unbroken 30 to start, 7-7-4-2 for the 20, 5-3-2 for the 10. 21 dball to shoulder were steady, 15 a little faster and 9s were all out.
