This sooooooo wore me out! Been months since I've done 105 jerk or doubles. 105 felt really heavy. Did 6-6 first round then 4s after that. Doubles super rusty. Only one round unbroken but knee felt much better than the last time I tried do do these a few months ago. Muscle ups 2-2-2-1 first round then 3-2-2 after that. Time sucked but super happy to be able to do everything today!!!
