Notes

did 3 muscle ups on the magic rings...muscle ups went great today! I was able to get a few doubles in there...turnover is feeling really good and dips are feeling good...trying to work on the kip out of the dip....can't wait until I'm ready for the regular rings! DU were tough today...I didn't get a chance to use the bathroom before the wod started and every round I felt like I was going to have an accident....girl problems...push jerks were 7/5 the whole way...didn't want to go unbroken so I could save my shoulders for the muscle ups...happy with this...just waiting to take the training wheels off and get on the regular rings!!!
