Sometimes you gotta role solo! Great way to end a long week! Very happy with how my c2b pull ups went today...started out with grips and thumb sleeves...ended up taking both off and no wrist wraps today! Snatches were 7/5/4/4 first round then 5's after that...not sure how pull ups were first round but second round was 3's and then finished with 2 ....front squats were in 5's for the second round and burpees were burpees... But I kept moving...good wod!
