Don't usually post my wods to FB, but super stoked on this....a year ago in the Open I could barely get a few reps of the OHS at 65# and it boggles my mind that I'm doing 75# for 5 rounds of 5 reps, with an aggravated shoulder to boot!!! It wasn't easy or pretty, and the mini wod that followed humbled me quick, but I pushed knowing that MOB mobility will fix me right up!! If you cross fit look him up, he's awesome!!
