{3 days to Scope Consult} First time doing this Open wod. Lowered the weight due to the knee. On my second round, the S2O bothered with a small crackling feeling in my bad knee. It went away at round 4. Deadlifts felt fine at the height (remember: second top hole). Box steps ups were okay, felt funky after a while, but I didn't have to lower the height halfway through like last week. It's been a bad week for the knee.
