Exactly 5 minutes after 21-15-9 HSPU/Pull up...GHDs felt crappy, didn't go unbroken UFF haha did do a bunch earlier in the day but just felt labored from the get go. MU were crazy hard after GHDs too even though the reps weren't very high. Just a nasty combo.
