woohoo! Goal was sub 11:00 and I got it! Runs are getting better! first run was 1:55/2:29/2:23 all runs were sub 2:30! First time in a long time! Inside stuff was good...unbroken sdlhp and burpees were steady..no lazy burpees! Gotta keep getting faster!
