Did this on 11/25 as a post-lift wod. Nice and quick. Caught myself doing some jumps in the snatch. Easy to correct, just need to remember that my knee can't handle it, even if the rest of me can. Rings and burpees were good - single leg hop on the burpee. MRI results come in on the 30th
