Just did 4 rounds. Neck is really really jacked and something was pinching during the cleans and push ups. Was in San Fran for 3 dAys, couldn't eat like I usually did and didn't sleep very well. Oh well! Just wanted to get something in. Hopefully get neck fixed today.
