Notes

Wanted to come in before my work shift tomorrow. Woo boy. All the rounds were really close. Modifed 4/5 things. Raised deadlifts at 65#/Single leg Steps ups/Single leg Singles/Sit ups (no mod)/Pull ups on bands. First time doing Single Leg Singles, and did surprisingly well once I got into the swing of things (heh). Surprised myself with 70 on the second round. Knee is bugging like crazy, but the mods felt amazing. Finished first round at 194 and second round at 196; total at 390.
