Doing as the doctor ordered - no rowing, no extended or continuous knee bending, no impacting knee movements. First time doing a workout on the assault bike. First time working on muscle snatches. Half mile each round. Put my left leg to rest twice in my 1.5 mile bike ride. Hang Muscle Snatches were interesting - had trouble staying in my heels (surprise surprise). {MRI in a week and a couple days}
