CrossFit Games Lift Off with Sam, Tori and Perry! Wish this would have gone better...but some days you feel boosty and the magic happens, some days not so much. Not so much for this sesh haha. Hit 255 on the snatch buttery and then everything completely fell apart haha big mental barrier went up. Clean and jerk actually went really well! the 315 I hit was the mostly solid I have ever made that weight look. Big positive there. All in all for very minimal lifting since the games this is good.
