Previous Result: APR 17, 2009 "bad diet habits are killing me!" Haha today, with pretty solid diet habits...6 rounds + 10! Stoked! Awesome Veterans Day WOD. No pace or plan, just came out hot with 3 rounds unbroken. Kept the box jumps and push press unbroken from there but broke pull ups once or twice per round. Felt awesome, could have kept at that pace for another couple rounds. 1:58/2:54/3:35/3:43/3:55/3:38
