Really happy with this. open gym, couldn't warm up then back started hurting almost didn't do it. All snatch unbroken c&j 4/2 for all 4 rds. c2b were good considering I don't remember the last time I did these 5/4-7/2-6/2/1-2/1/1. du's unbroken rds 2&3 tripped once rd 1. 4 plus easy next time!
