Short on time and started the day with a ton of accessory work at 11am so had to squeeze this in solo before coaching. Basically the partner WOD but in chipper form and went with hang power cleans instead of snatch because I snatched a ton on Tuesday and want to keep the shoulders fresh for the Lift Off. HPC in 10s, TTB in 5s, hit the burpees pretty hard, missed like 4 times on DU ugh.
