Had to delete the first post. The app didn't save the modifications. Modified everything. C&J at 55#. I can do the 65#, but it felt heavy on the knee and I can't string it like I can with 55# (at least, not yet). Swings did to shoulder height at 26#. I noticed in the prep that my knee wasn't going to handle full swings. Coach Nick instructed me to just do shoulder instead. Lightened the weight by choice, and focused on quick form. Single leg step ups were killer at rounds 3 and 4, but stuck it out. My right quad is gonna be lit pretty soon. *Row Notes* Rowed instead of ran, and halfway through had to do single leg rows. Those were interesting. I'll hop on the bikes from now on. Excited to get into the doctor on Monday. Time to start fixing this knee.
