At Ontario... Ran with (or rather, behind) Nichole... haha. 1st run felt like a nice, comfy pace. 2nd run felt decent on the way out, but felt full effort on the way back. Was trying to not fall too far behind Nichole. P.S. I hate turn-arounds. I always seem to walk a little on those.
