95# barbell movements (RX'd was 65, Advanced was 105) -- 800m runs were pretty slow today. Didn't watch my splits or run times except for the first run, 4:24... Squat clean thrusters in singles. Struggled to keep my elbows up today. Hasn't been an issue in a long time... Dropped the weight before going into barbell lunges for 1st/2nd rounds; popped it overhead onto my back. All unbroken. Brought it down straight onto my back from the last thruster on 3rd round, landed hard.
