Was on pace for a big pr till last rd. Felt my left calf/Achilles cramp up around 100m of last run. Limped the next 250 and walked the last 50m. Unbroken kb's for 2rds then 11/10 (calf)and pu's were unbroken for 2 rds then 6/3/3. A little scared about this injury but extremely happy with kb's and pu's also felt like I had some fight today.
