Rowed instead of ran. Knee felt the row after about the 1200th meter. Switched between t2b and knee ups. Ended with knee ups only on the last three (7/8/5). It's been awhile for t2b for me (april?), and I'm super stoked that I haven't lost all of my core strength. 5 months of nothing is a long time, but consistency will bring me back to normal in no time.
