This felt really good...deadlifts were quick and unbroken...2 and 4 of strict hspu were unbroken...started out 6 with a set of 3 then did singles....every round after I started with a set of 2 or 3 before doing quick singles....finished the 12 deadlifts with 5 seconds left and didn't have time to get on the wall...very happy with though...I'm feeling good and light
