Notes

Unbroken thrusters...I felt like I was actually getting some hip pop on some of these reps...this is the lightest 95 lbs has ever felt...no lifters no wrist wraps...got off balance on my round of 8 but otherwise these felt good....DUs were ok...tripped twice on the set of 50...I broke up the 40 into 20/20...I believe 30 and 20 were unbroken and I tripped once on the 10s because my rope had a knot in it...gotta get back on the bar faster after doubles! Gotta keep building that endurance!!
