squat clean & split jerk. used wraps, belt & lifters. left leg out front & right in back on jerk. warm up 75/95/115/125. this felt good today. first oly lifting in almost 2 weeks. left arm is a little better, see how it is tomorrow. leaned forward rep 2 on rd 4 &5, but other than that this felt solid and fast. leg/foot placement on split jerk still needs some attention.
