Moose Trax: With Val O'Brien: Broke up my Hang Power Snatch in sets of 5 @135 lbs. until my hands ripped. Then I tried to hang on as long as I could in round 3 and round 4. Toes-to-bar were pretty good today. Burpees felt great too. Shuttle runs were as good as they can be in this heat: :-)
